01 Titanium

Titanium alloy is widely used in medical accessories, mainly because of its good biocompatibility, greater strength, smaller modulus of elasticity, good corrosion resistance and cutting and machining properties.

02 Stainless Steels

Stainless steel has good biocompatibility with the human body, as well as excellent mechanical properties, including high strength, high hardness and good abrasion resistance, and is able to maintain excellent corrosion resistance in the human body in order to reduce the dissolution of metal ions, and avoid intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion and other localized corrosion phenomena.

03 Thermoplastic Plastics

Thermoplastics are highly durable, flexible and functional materials used in the manufacture of medical products. They have excellent resistance to corrosion, washing and chemicals, making them last longer than other typical medical materials. Thermoplastics also adhere very well to metals, so they can be used to overmold medical prototypes for improved functionality.

04 Nylon

Polyamide materials offer increased strength, high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, which are essential for medical devices. It is also compatible with processes such as injection molding, CNC machining and 3D printing. We can also combine nylon with other medical-grade materials for added strength.

05 Thermoset Plastics

Thermoset plastics are highly heat resistant and will not warp or creep at high temperatures. This makes them an excellent choice for medical devices that may require continuous sterilization. They are also relatively hard and rigid, with excellent dimensional stability to ensure precise and accurate components.

01 Anodizing

Surface treatment technology that generates a protective layer of metal oxide film on the surface of metal materials through electrolysis. This treatment can enhance the surface coloring, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, hardness, and play a protective role on the surface of the material.

02 Micro-Arc Oxidation

On the surface of non-ferrous metals and their alloys using micro-arc area instantaneous high temperature sintering effect, in situ growth of ceramic oxide film protective layer of surface treatment technology. Micro-arc oxidation to overcome some of the shortcomings of anodic oxidation, the generation of ceramic oxide film has a strong bond with the substrate, high hardness and strength, good insulation, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and so on.

03 Electroplated

Electrochemical reactions in a solution with the aid of an external electric current result in the deposition of a metal or alloy on the surface of a conductor. Electroplating is capable of treating the surfaces of complex devices and is therefore widely used for surface protection of aerospace-related materials.

04 Hot Spraying

Materials (such as metals or ceramics) are melted into tiny particles by means of a high-temperature, high-speed air stream and then sprayed onto the surface of the part to form a protective layer.
